Inhale. 1,2,3. Now exhale. Life has been hard and stressful and now it’s time to bask in self care with friendly faces and Mother Nature and all her beauty.

This all encompassing class will nurture our mind, body & soul while surrounded by nature.
We will hike through trails, explore nature’s toys with sensory play and enjoy reading & songs that will slow our minds and bring balance to our bodies. Self care and environmental care are equally important and we will introduce our littles to the importance of respecting nature by partnering with the Parklands to help plant new trees, upkeep the community garden, trash pick up on the trails and more. For Self care we will enjoy adult/child yoga in the grass while breathing in the freshest air and practicing gentle movements.

Details: All classes are held outside in all elements. “Rain, snow, wind or shine, we will have a wonderful time!” Regardless of weather we will be outside so please dress appropriately and be prepared to jump in puddles, create mud paintings, and hunt for rainbows.
This class runs as a 6 week session every Tuesday starting July 28th to August 1st from 9:30am-12:00pm.
These sessions are Ideal for adults with their kiddo(s) ages 1-6 years.
We will have access to bathrooms, shade coverings and more.

Additional kiddo $75
*Must reach a minimum amount of registrations to hold class. Refunds will be released should we need to cancel.
* Possible drop in classes each week may be available but not guaranteed.
